The
solemn discipline and spasticity of men living in the myriad of constraints and
uncertainties is on full display in this production that was searching for the
ways of standing up and dispelling one’s convulsions. The characters are
expecting sacrifices from themselves and miracles from the world. The sacrifice
is delivered, but the miracle is nowhere to be found. The production
legitimized from the creators’ deepest inner core was without tools in the most
noble sense of the term. It was constructed solely from bodies, movement and
sound. (Színház, 1989. 9. sz., Sándor L. István: Theatre of decomposing
